Tracton Arts

In addition to the organization of art exhibits, the goal of the arts committee is to promote the Tracton Arts Centre and the Inkwell Theater in particular as a venue for music, film and drama in South Cork.

We believe that the building will in time become a centre of excellence for all the performing arts - a place in which musicians and actors will want to perform.

Recently Martin Hayes and Dennis Cahill, who played in the theatre on Nov 14th 2015, commented that the acoustics were probably among the best they have ever experienced. Luka Bloom and other musicians have expressed similar sentiments and all are eager to return.
